Paul Bunce, the Broker/Owner of Paul Bunce Real Estate, has more than 13 years professional experience that includes operational, manufacturing, and client service positions with leading retail, food processing, recycling, and real estate companies. Paul is a third generation Real Estate Investor and Real Estate Broker. He founded Paul Bunce Real Estate in 2014.
Paul holds a BBA in Marketing from Grand Valley State University. Throughout his career he has held many roles being utilized as a customer relations expert serving companies including Nestle, SpartanNash, Tomra, and RE/MAX. His true passion is Real Estate and is recognized as an expert in the field. Paul has served on many committees for the Greater Regional Alliance of REALTORS (GRAR). Currently, Paul sits on the Board of Directors and Government Affairs Committee for GRAR as well as the Public Policy Committee for Michigan REALTORS and the Board of Directors for the MLS Exchange.
Paul is a dynamic, visionary leader focused on improving business performance through employee, customer, and growth development. He is an expert in key account management and delivering measurable performance results by engaging employees and business partners.
Holly Belt – Realtor
Originally from Chicago, Holly moved to Michigan in 2013 from Honolulu, Hawaii. After teaching Family and Consumer Sciences, she completed her Masters at the University of Hawaii, and worked as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative on the Hawaiian Islands. In sales, she worked diligently to demonstrate commitment and passion for her clients, and achieved top 10% in sales for 5 years. After reconnecting with her husband, she transitioned back to Michigan, and in 2018, launched Lake Cloverdale Rentals setting her path to pursue Real Estate.
With over 10 years of sales experience, Holly’s philosophy is: clients come first. Pledging to be in constant communication with them, drawing from her past experiences and her genuine desire to help people. She is innovative, resourceful and determined to get the job done for her clients. When she’s not in the office or meeting with clients, Holly is spending time with her family, boating on the lake, meeting new people, traveling, and volunteering.
Dave Ash – Realtor
David Paul Ash is a State of Michigan Real Estate Broker licensed since 1997 working with buyers of homes, commercial, investment, estate and waterfront properties throughout SW Michigan.
Dave is a member of the Commercial, National, Michigan and GRAR Board of Realtors. A Real Estate leader with his past Broker/Ownership roles at The Bosch Commercial Group and RE/MAX Advantage Brokerages. He holds numerous certifications, designations and awards, including being inducted into the prestigious Hall of Fame as an elite Top Sales Producer.
Selling ALL types of Real Estate, Dave Ash has engineered numerous complex transactions for his clients including Probate and Estate resolutions, multi property 1031 Exchanges, National Outlet Builds and Leases, Property Development and Redevelopment, Redemption and Income Investment Sales. Dave is involved in many wonderful community and charitable organizations including the Moose Lodge 1649, Children’s Miracle Network, Gospel Mission, Paralyzed Veterans, and YMCA. He enjoys lake living, antique cars and boats, local history and nature, travel, bird watching, card games and spending time with their wonderful grandchildren.
